Shipping Policy

All paper prints and originals are shipped via Delhivery or shiprocket. Tracking information is provided to you once your order has been dispatched. Domestic orders are delivered within 2 weeks, while international orders may take anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks for delivery.
*During busy sale periods there may be delays in dispatching.

Damaged Products
As guaranteed under consumer protections, compensation for damage is due if/when damaged products are received when impacted by postal services.

India Shipping
Free shipping applies to all products.

International Shipping
A flat shipping rate applies to all international shipping.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer express shipping.

The post office is taking a long time, where is my order?
The world continues to be impacted by COVID-19 and subsequent shipping delays are occurring. We have no control over the timeframe in which your order will be delivered. All we can do for you is to restate the information provided by the tracking page. You are provided with this tracking information when your order is fulfilled.

Duties and taxes
The studio is operated in Bengaluru, India and is not liable for import fees on any products purchased. This includes but is not limited to the commissioning of a custom piece, originals and merchandise.
It is your responsibility to pay any duties, value added tax or other similar charges. If you refuse to pay these additional amounts, your delivery will be returned to us. Provided that the product is in its original condition, we will refund you the cost of your purchase (minus the costs of shipping to and from your country).
Items are declared at purchase value for exporting and under no circumstance will documents be falsified.

Uncollected parcels
We are unable to ship your orders again if your parcel was uncollected from your local post office, the address was incorrect or customs and import duties were not paid.
The cost to reship unclaimed artwork varies between countries, but you can expect anywhere from 1000-3000 INR depending on your location.
